To reset your password through the website:
-Go to: www.cinemanow.com
-Click on sign in in the upper right Click on "Need help logging in?"
-Enter in the email address associated with this cinemanow account and click "send."
-You should receive a email with your username and a link to reset your password.
-Please allow up to 10 minutes for this email to arrive in your inbox. In that time please do not request additional password resets. If you do not receive a email, please check your junk/spam email folder and email filter settings.
